With his "war chest" why can't Eddie Hearn make Khan vs Brook?

Khan doesn't want the fight. That fight would have been massive a few years ago before both moved up and lost. Khan knows it's the nail in the coffin if he lost to a domestic rival.

Khan doesn't want the fight and never has.

Hearn can't force Khan to fight Brook or force Brook to sign a contract where he doesn't get a significant size advantage on the night. It is what it is.

This might be news to you, but to have two guys fight each other, both guys need to sign on the dotted line.

If either Brook or Khan don't sign the papers, neither you, me, Hearn, or an Irish Leprechaun can make it happen.

Maybe the concepts of agreements and consent are lost on you, however.

Khan is keeping the fight from happening. Everyone including Khan knows Brook can't make 147 without draining the hell out of himself. Even so Brook agreed to Khan's demand that the fight be at 147 and no higher. Then Khan seeing he was out of excuses for not fighting Brook came up with a new 2nd weigh in road block.

Brook can't change his natural size and he is bigger than Khan now and fights at 154 while Khan fights at 147. Usually in such cases a fair catchweight of 150 or 151 would be agreed upon. But Khan wants no catchweight and insists they fight at his best weight. Then on top of that he wants to limit the weight Brook can gain after the weigh in. Khan is the one looking for an advantage. Brook just wants to avoid draining the hell out of himself.

He signed Khan and has Brook... why the **** aren't they fighting? Can one of his ball washers stop rimming him and ask when he's making this fight?
Hearn definitely wants the fight to happen next and Brook has been chasing Khan for years now.

Khan came up with a series of excuses, the latest being the rehydration clause, even then Brook still agreed with it.

Khan doesn’t want it, it’s clear as day.
