Canelo fighting Fielding shows me that he's not looking to fight the stacked middleweight division and the WBC has helped him do that. DLH said Clenelo would go to 168 after the GGG rematch anyways, but it's more unsettling based on the questionable draw and MD against GGG. The mandate of a GGG-Charlo eliminator is a blatant sign that the WBC has shown clear bias towards Canelo
    My prediction?
    1. Canelo loses to Fielding, goes back down and finally loses to GGG definitively
    2. Canelo beats Fielding and vacates his belts at 160.

I damn near almost fell asleep watching Andrade fighting a bum last Saturday night, looking unimpressive.

And Jacobs lost to GGG, he's nothing special either.
Ask yourself why these guys won't fight Jermall? Andrade at least had a chance to fight Jermell but backed out & also had the chance to fight for the ibf belt after Triple L got stripped.

That new WBC weight rule might force him to be at 168lbs. lol. He will probably try to invent his own weight class like 155lbs. again lol.

Well Andrade recently called out Charlo for fighting another bum. So we might see this fight first.

Is it even his choice anymore? He was caught trying to take shortcuts to make 160 and now has to deal with increased scrutiny; not to mention rule changes with as it relates to 30, 14, and day of the fight weigh ins.

Hopefully I'm just being the cynic boxing forces me to be and Canelo will return to MW. That's the historic division, this makes no sense COME ON

on to bigger and better THANGS.

Canelo is guaranteed $30mil per fight. he can do a damn trilogy with Fielding at this point.

I beginning to think that Canelo is a ducker. You have the Charlo brothers, Jacobs, Errol Spence, even Kell Brook would all make wonderful fights for Canelo. Why is he avoiding them to go up in weight to fight a nobody. Dazn is bragging about the signing of Canelo but who are they showcasing him to fight? Boxing has turned into ****. I love the sport, I really do, but this **** like this pisses me off.
