Pac was not that brave. He was an excellent matchmaker...always taking guys on the decline who looked shot...Hatton, DLH, Mosley, Cotto, Matthyse, Margarito, etc.
I give Manny full credit for 3-0'ing Bradley, but Tim never did anything above JWW...so you cant get carried away with praise.
Meanwhile Manny very well could be 0-3-1 with JMM including a vicious KO.
Yes, I like to watch good fighters. For the same reasons I had reservations about Manny I also had reservations (intensified even) about Gennady.
Gennady had/has an abysmally weak resume and spent his career taking the easy way out:
- ducked Cotto and Canelo at 155 (PPV status, money/fame, elite wins)
- ducked Andrade and Sergeiy and opted instead to fight a retired JMW on 2 weeks notice who was 3-3 in his last 6 JMW fights more than 2 years before their fight would happen
- drug a WELTERWEIGHT up 13 pounds - to 160 - and refused their requested catchweight of 157 (for unknown reasons)
- offered to fight JCC Jr. and a retired Carl Froch at 168 and then called out Andre Ward at 168...only to reconsider and say it would have to take place at 154
- ducked Lara and Mora (neither are elite wins, but Lara is leagues better than guys on house arrest or part-time Aussie fighters)
boliodogs it is clear you appreciate a certain style of fighter - punchers who push for the stoppage - but those guys also often happen to have weak resumes. Pac had a strong resume although above 135 it's pretty circumstantial...nonetheless Manny is instant HOF'er whenever he decides to retire...and for the FIRST time in my life I'll be cheering for Manny to brutally KO/KTFO his opponent in his next fight (cant stand trash like "About Broke").Comment

Why isn't your title "The average look of your typical Pacquiao fanboy", why is there an "LOL" at the start?
You ask "when did I make fun of him", yet you start it with an "LOL". If you're not making fun of him, what are you laughing at?
And what makes this an "average look of your typical Pacquiao fanboy"? Because he's brown? Because he's talking about Pacquiao? Do Pacquiao fan boys wear chef outfits?
Could you explain to me what made you think this person has "the average look of your typical Pacquiao fanboy"? I know a lot of Pacquiao fanboys and they don't look like that. So what attributes of this guy makes him have what you label him as "average look for your typical Pacquiao fanboy"?
If you don't feel like answering these questions hector, it's all good, but the least you could do is post a video of yourself talking about something so someone else can make a thread titled "LOL the average look of your typical guy waiting at a home depot parking lot for work"Comment
