In fact the biggest counter argument to that dumb stance of "sham promoters" was the fact everyone with a brain knew DiBella wasn't a sham promoter so if he's not then that made it more likely it wasn't the case for these lesser known promoters. -

I remember when loads of folks said PBC would fail, but that's about all and mostly Haymon took the brunt of that.

Hell man I don't even 50% trust or respect mfers with 10k posts usually...few exceptions out there doe who've been green K'd for their knowledge & lack of f#cks given about coming here as much as some of us do.
Also I still buy my take here, which happened to be among the threads you just linked, & I think DAZN is trying to do what Haymon hasn't done (takeover boxing or create an elite boxing league of sorts) or isn't able to do as we've seen with how PBC has been moved..
And some will say well PBC isn't doing that. Well no ****. You can't come in & overnight change the game with how convoluted things are now. It'll take years to fix things & perhaps repeated attempts by future power brokers who'll learn from Haymon/PBC's failure if they should fail.Comment

F#ck man for full disclosure I was even thinking PBC Boxing might not be a thing anymore (or just turn into a boxing management group or just be a name for Haymon fighters) for a minute there til I kept hearing rumors of the Fox deal.Comment
