Technique-wise, it's pretty evident they're oceans apart in every sense.

I don't know why but i just like WIlder's angles. I know it doesn't look good technically but this is one of the reason why i have him over Joshua.

          here's the thing

joshua boxes better. he's more technical, he's got a lot more poise when he's got a guy hurt, he's jsut a better schooled boxer.

but when wilder moves around like that he doesn't get the lactic acid buildup that you get when you're built like joshya. wilder's been as low as 215 lbs. so after joshua, an athletic fighter who does have very good speed for his size, moves around like that [which he can because he's an athlete,] it stiffens his muscles and tires him out. you can see it in his punches. hell, eddie hearn even talks about it. and when that happens you lose snap in your punchyes, and your straight shot that usually has good snap will start to get pushed. because he's in shape he'll get a second wind, but more htna wilder he will need a second wind!

every time i see joshua in the gym i think, "you know, this dude would honestly be a better fighter with about 5-10 lbs less muscle." in the ring that hasn't relaly mattered yet, guys are usually hurt / weathered, outboxed / have given up, or just intimidated, when joshua takes a break.

another strange aspect of this matchup:
the guy with less power, joshua, and fewer knockouts, is the much, much better finisher. bigger guy doesn't hit as hard, just a lot of unique stuff about the matchup that make it interesting. and eddie is going to hide his guy behind dazn

Anthony was working on some strategy while Wilder was just messing around.
Not really a good comparison. But going from what we got Wilder hits harder and Joshua seems more composed. Wilder is very awkward going to be a difficult fight to predict.

i don't favor him over joshua, but wilder definitely shifts and pivots quicker than joshua. and he should. wilder's goign to give up about 25 lbs to joshua in the ring ! 25 lbs of muscle and bone! drop half of a trimmed side of pork on your table! it's significant

Ok let me put it this way. I have my money on Wilder, why? Because he is more fluid than Joshua. They both obviously can hit hard, but i also believe they are both compose, Wilder was very compose in the Ortiz fight even when he was hurt badly.

I really do think those extra bulk is a disadvantage for Joshua and this is why i have Wilder over him, not only that but i don't think Joshua has hit his prime yet, i believe Wilder is in his prime. Do i want Joshua to win? (Meh - Only because i want to gloat Wilder fanatics not because Joshua is british).
