If the Fury / Wilder fight was advertised as it is but with the added caveat that the winner will get the opportunity to unify the 4 major belts and lineal HW title against Anthony Joshua in April, don't you think that might actually help them sell more PPVs? it's not like Tyson Fury was ever a huge star in the UK, he's always been hit n miss with the fans over here and Deontay isn't that big in the states either, he's a knucklehead that the fans haven't taken to like they did with Mike Tyson.

They need all the help they can get IMO

[QUOTE=Zn1;19212121]or perhaps he wants to go over all the other details so they minimise the risk of the fight not happening in April? ... Eddie isn't saying "sign a contract now and screw yourselves over", I don't know why this is so hard to understand.

So Eddie is in rush to go over other details for a fight that is half a year away. And it has to be done right now while the other team is preparing for the biggest fight of there career.

I thought Al was bad, but Eddie is trying thr most to control boxing.

And Canelo should have been the last signing by DAZN. If everyone stays pat with their situation, and triple G dont go to DAZN the App would be useless in the States. Canelo numbers only reach those high numbers when he fighting GGG or another Mexican

WILDER just recently stated they HEARN is talking to himself. FURY is his priority right now so HEARN must wait.

Well, Wilder didn’t want to have to wait until 2019 to fight Joshua, but we don’t always get what we want, do we now? Shoulda negotiated the fight when you had the chance back in August.

If you want the fight give Wilder some more money. You can do it, you just signed Canelo to a 300+ million dollar contact. You can give Wilder a higher percentage split. Stop being cheap. Lol

AJ earns more than Wilder per fight and just in endorsements haha

If they want to talk themselves out of a career best payday that's up to them, but Anthony Joshua will continue to sell out stadiums while making 20mil+ per fight whereas Deontay Wilder will have to fight half a dozen times against top opposition just to make what he would fighting Joshua once, plus if he wins he gets a rematch in the states with a better split of the money ... so he could fight AJ twice and make more than he would fighting 10 or more other opponents (and top opposition again because no one will pay him 3 mil to fight more bums) or he could carry on as he is, but how many fights are out there for him that will also net him more than 2 mil? He can't keep fighting OAP Luis Ortiz and the Ghost of Tyson Fury

The fans in the U.S dont know Joshua either. Dont have a clue who he is. Setting Wilder up on talk shows and sport channels will set up the fight perfectly because Fury is the linear HW champion.

But what does these problem have to do with E.H? Why is EH trying to dominate the airwaves on what he wants. He control his boxers, not boxing...
