Andrade didn't look good, Conor Mcgregor was there and walked out. Tons of fans literally walked out before or during his fight. He's also very lucky he wasn't disqualified for punching this bum while he was on his knees. But he's got the belt now hopefully he finally gets some better fights.

I hope GGG signs with DAZN though because that's where Jacobs/Derevyanchenko, Andrade, and Canelo will be at. The Rob Brant fight could be a safer fight (although Brant proved his mettle tonight) but I'd like to see Golovkin go for one last great run and hopefully secure that trilogy with Canelo. But to stay on topic, Andrade picked up a solid win tonight. Hopefully he stays active.
Im skeptical we see GGG in any good fights besides Canelo at least until the trilogy, maybe even a 4th fight or just retirement. They seem to know GGG is done, past prime, but they cant admit that to the public otherwise they ruin his financial viability with the Canelo fight. So the plan just seems to be to put GGG in with easy opponents constantly, otherwise it's too much of a "risk" vs anyone with a pulse either of loss or just a tough fight that leads to injury, and Canelo, because Canelo is overrated himself so that even past his prime, GGG can fight him and make a lot of money and survive 12 rounds. Canelo could not even stop weight drained Chavez Jr, and he needed the ref to step in in order to award him the stoppage vs past prime Angulo. Meanwhile James Kirkland took out prime Angulo in what like 4 or 5 rounds? And yet Canelo had GGG ready to go halfway through their rematch, sooner than either angulo or Chavez jr, and it was only Canelo gassing himself which brought GGG back to win the fight. So that's a bad sign of where GGG is in his career.

So Im thinking Team GGG must know at this point that a top big middleweight could stop him and ruin the third Canelo payday. And after the third they might protect him for a 4th. GGG's career in terms of chasing down legacy or making interesting fights besides Canelo seems to be over, and it seems to have been over for awhile, probably ever since GGG took so much damage vs Brook and Jacobs and they realized he GGG was old.

What a morning fight boo boo stank the place up it's a reason why Canelo sells more tickets at least he entertains his fans where boo boo fights like Andre Ward. I won't be turning in to watch his fights unless he fights someone elite where he has to come out and fight.

Andrade don't fight like Andre ward. He fights like lara... Ward retired with multiple exciting fights. Kov 2x, froch, Kessler, Byrd, etc all exciting.
Andrade never had one (at least that I can remember)

To be fair, Andrade fought the next highest ranked opponent, so I don't fault Hearn or Andrade. Andrade said he still wanted to fight BJS regardless of the test.

At least it wasn't like Canelo fighting Liam Smith for the belt. Put Andrade vs the Jacobs fight winner, or Charlo, or Canelo next. See what he really has. Andrade is good but would like to really see him tested.
