i had to check, to see if Sequieueiura moved up in weight recently or something?? and no, apparently he has fought @ LHW for a while. the size difference was huge, reminded me of Garcia v Salka (well, maybe not that bad). Poor opponent. I worry that the step-up, when it does come, will prove to be Yarde's undoing, he's already avoiding Callum as far as i can see

Yarde is a bit like the bully at school. ****y while he picks on the little kids.
Soon as he fights a genuine LHW his size, he's getting humbled pretty quickly. Noticed his face looked a little ****** up even against that powder puncher half his size. Anyone who can hit is ****ing him out.

Disappointed in Yarde for not sending this guy into the shadow realm!
Frank is milking this man’s name for easy opponents!

I don’t really get why he’s topping bills at this point. If they want experience I can’t see how he’s getting it on fight night so hopefully it’s in the gym.
I don’t understand how you get from that level of opponent to a good fighter like Hosea Burton without it feeling like a drop off a cliff

There's developing a fighter and then there's padding a record with the goal of finding the softest route to a title.
Where does Anthony Yarde fall? At some point, he is going to need to step up as he nears the 20-0 mark.
Of course, he started a bit late at 19, and only had 12 amateur fights and is in a division with quite a lot of boxers with serious amateur experience.
But like I said, at some point, he has to test himself.
He's still young, but there are light heavyweights out there that are younger, with fewer fights, fighting better opposition.
He looks like a marketer's dream but could be just a hype job.
