Here's some footage to give us an idea what that might look like.

In the old days without steroids and growth hormones wilder wouldn’t be a journeyman. Just a waterboy or a punching bag

Hard to believe Wilder had so much trouble with a short grossly fat freak that had no footwork, was very slow and had almost no speed or skill. Wilder was sloppy as hell back then and he is still pretty damn sloppy today. Sorry, Wilder fans but he is not one of history's better heavyweight champions. He hits very hard but you can see his windmill punches coming. He leaves himself wide open quite often. I think a Dempsey, Louis, Lewis, Liston, Ali, Tyson, Foreman, Marciano etc take advantage of those openings and beat him.

'The Worm' was hungry and really up for it that day. He was a man possessed. The hatred he had for Wilder made sure he bit down on his gum shield and just kept gutting it out.

Butter Beans all wrong for wilder up until round 5. Butter Bean wins all 4 rounds anyway even if he gets knocked out before he knocks wilder out. Shows how punchers who are aggressive would be dangerous against him and Bean isn't a top quality fighter at all.

Thus setting up the super fight: Brown Bomber vs. Bronze Bomber.

Jack Dempsey, Max Baer, Frank Sinatra, and all the stars will be there.

He wouldnt even be known or heard of, there is no Haymon protection plan for total clowns like Wilder in the good ol times.

He would be a Michael Grant type guy in a more talent laden HW division. The truth is there arent many really good HWs anymore and none fighting today that would have held a belt for more than a fight or so in the 90s.
