Spence WAS mentioned, and will be more likely after Broner than Crawford since he is under their umbrella too.

Mayweather is going to seriously need psycho therapy when he can no longer fight because he is too desperate for attention and money. He must be just too shallow because a lot of rich people later in life discover that the money doesnt fill all the holes in their lives and they find new meaning. Floyd is is an empty soul. Maybe when he gets age-related ailments and diseases he may find himself but he is one lost puppy desperate to take credit for everything he can.

Not a bad matchup in my eyes. Terrance Crawford and Erroll Spence would likely make Pac look old. Adrien Broner is in there to sell the fight plus make Pac look good to build the Mayweather fight for Pac. It's all planned out. And a loss to Pac won't damage Broner as much as a loss another opponent would. Calculated match making and I would be lying if I said I wouldn't be interested in this fight.

Mayweather is clearly looking at the money possibilities for himself. IF Manny not only beats Broner but stops him and then fights Spence or Crawford or Porter or Thurman and somehow avoids getting knocked out and wins a close decision, a rematch with Floyd is massive and record breaking, bigger then the first one actually. Because Manny hasn’t reestablished himself as a dominating fighter in the Welterweight division.

Here is how Floyd succers most fans in. Almost everytime Floyd gets in the ring, it’s the “potential” damage his opponent can put on him. It’s that curiosity if that opponent can hang an L on Floyd. Floyd is the biggest heel in sports, everyone wants to see him lose. That’s his large appeal. So building Manny up to a potential opponent that could possibly beat Floyd will draw a large PPV audience, especially with no under lining controversy of a injured shoulder this time.

With that being said, I doubt if Floyd and Manny will ever fight because someone will beat Manny and derail that plan.

So Floyd was thinking about Manny fighting Spence??? I don't buy that for a second. Spence would KO Manny and thus ruin a Mayweather-Pacquiao rematch. Thats what this is really about.
