Crawford wouldn't just coast to a UD like Mayweather. Nope, he would most def put a hurt on Manny because a decision over a past-prime veteran does nothing for his resume. He'd want a spectacular KO. I see it as another Duran-Hearns.

Crawford just moved up to 147 just a few months ago. So more than likely, he was reluctant (not ready) to move up to that weight before this year. Manny probably heard that (not this year) and provided the statement.

Yeah, there was a NSB article about Crawford saying he would fight Pac at 140.
Bradley was a career 140 guy, yet fought Pac at 147 three times.
And Bradley is smaller than TC.

I clearly remember Bob being asked why he's making Vargas and not Crawford.
He said he was going to Manila to discuss Pac's next fight and came back saying, "The guy will fight anybody."
There was never any discussion about how much Pac wanted for a TC fight. None.
Meaning, Pac would have said yes to a TC fight,
and Bob would have still made Vargas.
