I said this many times already. Crawford only fights bums at 140 and 147. Arum rigged the Horn fight to set up Crawford v. Horn. Crawford = 31 with no key wins at 140 or 147. Worse resume than GGG at the same point.

Crawford is singing the same tune Pac has been singing when he was with Arum.
Crawford in his last post fight interview when asked about Spence or where to go next:

"It ain't my job to get the fights done, it's my job to win the fights....so that's up to Bob and Top Rank."

Therefore, it's not hard to conclude Pac vs Crawford didn't happen because Bob didn't want it yet.

Arum is a dirty ruthless scum bag that has been trying to trick and force Manny to fighting Crawford. He wanted nothing better then to sacrifice Manny and set Crawford up with a passing the torch type of win to launch Crawford into a PPV star. The idea Top Rank prevented this is ridiculous. And we have tons of statements over the years from Roach and Manny old manager saying they didn't want to be fed to lions and sacrificed to Crawford. Manny didnt want that fight he wanted higher paying or less risk fights which I actually agree with because of his age and what he's accomplished he doesn't need to be forced into that fight with a young lion. Bob Arum had been playing like over-protective grandpa to Crawford. Which is why he left HBO in anger. Nelson wanted Crawford vs Matthysse. Arum said no. And HBO ended up with making Postol vs Matthysse reluctantly. Just imagine two foreign fighters who everyone hardly knew headlining a card. Of course, it flopped.

HBO then wanted Crawford vs Pacquiao. Arum said no again, and made Vargas vs Pacquiao, instead.
