The problem is Crawford and Top Rank didn't want the fight to happen when Manny was at his prime. It was only when Pac was in the decline Bud and Bob were willing to make the fight happen.

ITs actually hilarious. Manny didn�t want to mention his name when he wasn�t are top rank now he�s left he�s grown wings and got brave knowing it�s going to be very hard to make the fight at this point.
