        Face the facts guys.

Of course this canelo would want to fight Floyd. I dont even like Mayweather. I dont like his style. I dont like his personality etc. But I have no problem saying that Canelo got taught a lesson from his daddy mayweather when he got whooped in a 12-0 beat down.

He taught Canelo that you should wait till your competition gets old and then cherry pick them to make your resume look GREAT. Oh yeah, and also make sure you buy off the judges.

Even the biggest Canelo fan CANNOT defend the 114-114 card he got against Mayweather.

What do you think hes trying to do right now? Hes trying to poke the bear and if successful could add a huge name to his resume. Hmm. Haven't we seen this **** done before?

Fighting out of prime fighters to build a resume? Hmmm?

That's why Mayweather and Canelo get no respect from me. They always choose the easy way out and then brag about it. This is why older fighters will always be rated higher imo. Guys who had real heart, guts, and who always put everything on the line to prove their worth. You hardly get to see that anymore.

Absolutely not. Floyd hasn’t fought an elite fighter in his prime in the past 15 years.

He would get smoked by Canelo inside 3.

No, he can only beat Drainelo

the green, 23yo weight drained version of Canelo that he fought

Floyd would more than Likely lose any fights versus the top young fighters. He's too smart, tough to get knocked out but he won't be able to fight every second of every round. Every dog has his day and Floyd had many great days. But his reign is over. His business instincts have kicked in and he has found a way to keep getting paid without much risk. Props to that man.

Lastly what incentive would there be to fight Canelo. It was a wash out. I can see Canelo wanting to avenge the loss but there's no reason for Floyd. He rematched Castillo and Maidana, that tells you that he felt those fights were close and he had to make the wins more definitive. True champ, true heart, immediate rematches for his difficult fights

yea it would be competitive at 160. But i have no interest in 40 year old fighters. not even floyd.

there are 2 charlos, hurd, Jacobs, Andrade all available and wanting some canelo smoke. 4 of the 5 are undefeated

why are we talking about canelo fighting floyd?
