Pause for a moment.
Floyd got an apparent $300m+ on the McGregor fight, and an apparent $300m+ on the Pacquiao. Between taxes, paying Haymon, camp expenses, etc, Floyd cleared an easy $250m in free cash for those two fights, conservatively.
You add the $123m that he showed he had in his account before the Canelo fight, the $75m+ that he got from the Canelo fight, the $75m from the two Maidana fights, the $30m from the Berto fight, and Floyd is already sitting on an easy $500m.
And that's before you count the money he has tied up in real estate/property, the money that he gets from his TMT lifestyle brand, the money he still gets for appearances/endorsing product, the money he gets from Mayweather Promotions/Mayweather Boxing Club, and his other side ventures (the boutiques in Las Vegas, the cryotherapy venture by his old bag man, etc).
Still, going back to the hard cash, if you simply take the $500m that we can reasonably argue Floyd has in cash, at least, and invest that in the 10Y treasury (basically risk free), you're looking at earning $15m a year just for living/breathing.
Floyd likely has better investments than just the 10Y (even the SPY, looking at it's historical performance, has delivered 10% year-to-year), his property holdings likely throw off money, his appearances still pay him beyond well, and he's likely seeing something from his businesses too.
If Floyd's not seeing $60m in passive income per year at this point, at least, the folks looking after his money are messing with him.
And, to go even beyond that, as profligate as Floyd's spending seems to be, outside of the trips abroad on his own jet, Floyd is basically chilling at places he already owns, is heading to a place that he's getting an appearance fee to go to, or getting comps at places because he's Floyd Mayweather.
Floyd's not worrying about anything
