      Dale Brown upset!
      By Matt Cleary at ringside
Seminole Hard Rock LIVE Arena, Hollywood, Florida:
Unheralded cruiserweight Shane Swartz (18-4, 11 KOs) shocked IBF #5 Dale Brown (35-5-1, 22 KOs) via an upset technical decision. Brown got off to a slow start and Swartz suffered a bloody gash on his forehead after an unintentional headbutt late in round four. The bout was halted at the start of round five due to the cut and sent to the cards where Swartz was ahead by scores of 50-45, 50-45, 49-46.

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cruiserweight contender Andre Purlette (39-2, 35 KOs) overcame a first round flash knockdown to edge "The Ding-a-ling Man" Darnell Wilson (18-5-3, 15 KOs) over six rounds. Scores were 57-56 on all cards. Wilson came in as a late sub when Earnest Mateen weighed in over 20 pounds above the contract weight.
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Former heavyweight champion "The Atomic Bull" Oliver McCall (47-8, 34 KOs) needed just 69 seconds to vaporize Ken Craven (27-18, 22 KOs). McCall detonated an explosive barrage of overhand rights that finally sent Craven to the deck as the referee stepped in to stop the slaughter.
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In an upset, junior welterweight Armando Cordoba (21-24-2) held highly regarded Jorge Teron (10-0-1, 7 KOs) to a six round draw. Scores were 58-56 (Teron), 57-57, 57-57.
