I think unlike the past, all four ventures (and everyone else) will be successful at the same time. Hear me out.
There was one time that only HBO-SHO were the only games in town for high profile match-ups. Now by the end of the year there will be only one premium television offering high profile boxing matches. So there is no competition as PBC and other small promotions will be on Showtime.
Over on cable television, both Top Rank and PBC (and supposedly Main Events with NBC Sports) will showcase fights. Only Top Ranks (and to an extent PBC) will have high profile match-ups on ESPN and FS1.
PBC is all alone on regular TV with broadcast on FOX TV.
The streaming services are up and running with ESPN+ and DAZN.
The only thing that will hurt everyone is if events are done at the same time. I mean you'd hate if FOX, ESPN and DAZN all have a high profile fight all on at the same time.
If they can all co-exist with the schedule this can be a great thing. Or at least at different times.
