He didn't say anything bad about the filipino's, he just said he would clobber Pacquiao easy in the rubbermatch(he will),and how Morales beat himself by being tired. So Roach is pissed off and can't seem to wait to witness Pacquiao getting hurt bad by Morales in the rubbermatch.
