Hearns going nowhere 😂 you're just desperate for him to fail... So so sad.
Matinee shows from the UK and Andrade/Vargas/Mati aren't worth $1b over 8 years, especially once all the short-term deals finish up (Tevin Farmer will likely knock off Hearn's two UK fighters before moving on to the Gervonta Davis fight, Jarell Miller being kept away from AJ likely leads to Salita Promotions likely getting him positioned for Wilder, GYM could finally fight their three 175lb champs and consolidate again, etc).

With what Matchroom Sport USA has shown so far, you could cut that deal down to a third and it'd still likely be an overpay.

Good deal for the guy. I doubt we will see him fighting anyone with a pulse now that he has guaranteed income. Is there an incentive for him to choose tough fights?

As they say, the devil is in the details. If this is a guaranteed minimum, which it probably is, then if specific thresholds are met, Canelo will earn more than the announced amount. I don't know what it means for the sport of boxing as a whole. It could be that DAZN becomes the boxing platform of choice and DAZN will stream local boxing matches as well as national and international boxing matches. It is hard to sort this out at this point.

I absolutely love seeing the Hearn haters now trying to make out he has nothing to do with DAZN!

Looks like Hearn might get Gervonta in DAZN after all

                Canelo is the truth, period.

Good move by Oscar. Wasn’t lying when he said he wasn’t doing to do any co-promotional deal and he found a way.
