Tank wins in my opinion. Tank always fights his best and his best is pretty damn good. Broner rarely fights his best and even his best isn't that good. Broner has at least ten pounds of natural weight advantage on Tank and would outweigh him a lot on fight night but that won't save him. Broner has never been stopped and he takes a very good punch so Tank will win on points and might score a knockdown or two.

I dont belive Tank is very skilled, but he is athletatly gifted. Whit that said, he doesn't have the frame to compete at 140--Broner by stoppage.
