Canelo was asked to stand toe to toe with GGG for all the *****es that said he rain in the first fight but no running just great boxing. He backed GGG up all night and like Andre Ward said on the 2nd fight there was only one fighter fighting Mexican style and that was Canelo.
It's ok not to like him but quit BSing people.
Canelo fought Floyd when he was 23 not 22 FACTS. He also weighed 153 at the weigh in when he fought Trout the fight before. FACTS. He also outweighed Floyd by 15 pounds on fight night 165 to 150. FACTS. And Floyd was 36 Canelo was 23.

Name me ONE fighter Floyd would get schooled by at the age of 23 fighting a 36 year old he weighed 15 pounds more on fight night? I like Canelo stop dyck eating with that lame excuse

Rocky is fundamentally the champion here, so should it not be billed as Fielding VS Alvarez?

He also lost both fights with GGG. And he didn't back him up.

Golovkin was also the reigning champion against Alvarez too, both times, but it was still billed as Canelo vs. Golovkin. It's wrong, but the traditions of boxing are being lost in favour of this "A side, B side" crap that promoters love to spew.
