Most recently the 31-year-old Florez battled Anthony Peterson over ten rounds on January 20, 2018 in Brooklyn, NY in a hotly contested bout which was later changed to a ‘no contest’ when Peterson failed a post-fight drug test.

Didn't even know this guy was still fighting.

Jesus christ, Rios took his soul.

        Oops.

Wonder what he had in his system.

Randomly Anthony is among the oddest guys in boxing today to me for no other reason then this guy shows talent, gots a name, keeps fighting, but hasn't shown any real desire to test his abilities with any upward trajectory since the Rios fight 8 mfing years ago. He's not trying to cash in on his name cuz most of these fights have been off TV w/e fights. He's not just quitting although I gotta assume he's got some sorta 2nd job even if its assistant to his brother who's got a more serious career going on cuz of the inactivity.

Whats keeping this guy boxing still I always wonder? Just an easy way to make $10k+ for him maybe? Fight a journeyman, get a check & now 10k-50k in your bank account can't be a bad for a solid level of talent guy who's just got no heart or desire to test his abilities at higher levels which could conclude with a beating &/or serious injury.
