Broner ain't silly he knows Mayweather needs a tune-up before Pacman and he would be the best suited for this purpose.
He still has a name so a W on Floyds number with Broner next to it would mean more than say a Vargo.
Plus if Pacman is looking for beatable named fights then it's either Broner or Khan and if he's to fight Floyd again he has to go with Hayman.
