I think where he is getting at is if he is going to work with the PBC, it is going to be to match the two top dogs. If Spence cannot even get those guys in the ring why should he bother?

True, but they Bes***** and Mean Machine are not PPV and in house fights. easy to do on ESPN. If they are going to do a unification on a cross promotional venture, then it has to be PPV. Simply put Spence is worth the financial Risk of a PPV. Porter or Garcia vs Crawford is not PPV, but you can be guaranteed they will want to be paid very well
