Is this Kautondokwa guy being enrolled in any kind of anti-drug testing?

I'd like to think so. But then I'm firmly in the belief that every sanctioned ranking fight should be under VADA's jurisdiction, let alone title fights. There's too many variables with the regional Anti-drugs agencies and they need to be singing off the same hymn sheet.
