Rising Mexican prospect Eduardo 'Rocky' Hernandez knocked out Colombia's Luis Diaz on Saturday at the Plaza de Armas in the Mexican capital. The recent victory could be his last fight in the country, before a potential debut in the United States as three different promoters are making inquiries to sign the young boxer to a promotional agreement.

I think Hernandez would be best to deal with Golden Boy Promotions. Look at what happened with Munguia this year.

Munguias profile has risen more than any champion this other than Dogboe.

GBP is the ONLY CHOICE for a Mexican Fighters, nobody knows how to market Latin Fighters Better! Look how QUICK Jamie Munguia been built up, gotta give GBP Credit for that at least!

I don't speak Spanish but translation of title says:
Oscar de la hoya of GBP will direct the career of Eduardo "Rocky" Hernández

Mexico is high altitude, many KOS of the unaclimated due to oxegen deprivation. No knock on him, but I have to see it at sea level. Same thing for Denver and Peru.

Damn idk why this guy wasn't on my boxrec watchlist, but he is now.

20yrs old. Turned pro at 16. 27-0, 24KO's. 21 straight KO's. 20KO's in the first 3 rounds. Hasn't been past the 6th rd. Has mostly fought bs guys, but has 5 or so low level decent guys & none have made it past the 3rd. Looks like the beginnings of a bad mfer. Need to get him in with some tougher guys to get him some more rds or test him more with plenty of time on his side still.
