Benavidez VS Alvarado in Denver or Phoenix, I like that sound of that! Would draw a big local crowd and the fight would be a scorcher.

From what I gather he's one of those 300 win amateur stand outs. But the issue is that he's 5'8, so he's about Crawford's height, but has shorter arms and practically no defense.

I don't know what Arum sees in him. But he's got next to no chance against Crawford.

You answered your own question , Arum sees a fighter that has probably no chance of beating Bud

But he has enough of a pedigree to make people believe it might be a competitive fight

That’s why he’s in the conversation as a future Bud opponent

This potential fight is doo doo

But Arums in a tough spot with Bud

He doesn’t have the option to have Bud feast on notable fighters that are way past prime , on their way out , have to jump up several divisions or fighters who’s heart isn’t in it to build his star power like he was able to do with Oscar and to some degree Loma

Buds career will probably consist of beating over matched no name opponets until it’s cash out time
