Abdu****sareoff is pretty solid, that will be a competitive fight with Vargas. Kavauliaskas should beat Arriaza and then Arum gets another easy, in house defense for Crawford

Ugas continues to get screwed by these Belt Organizations WTF? He was #2 for awhile why not Ugas vs Vargas for a shot or just order Spence Jr vs Ugas. Even the WBC they're talking about Double Mandatory for Porter being Thurman and Berto once again just bypassing Ugas who is rated HIGHER than Berto by them.

Egidijus Kavaliauskas is clearly Crawford next fight so that is no surprise move by the WBO, people been predicting that will be his next fight on this forum in advance

Vargas and Abduqaraov were ranked higher in the WBC rankings than both the eliminators they russled up for Porters next mandatories.

I believe Vargas will decline the offer. Too high risk of losing against a good but unknown boxer. Hearn will instead try to negotiate a title fight for the WBA or WBC for Vargas.

Abdugaxorov already accepted the offer, and Vargas must respond by 15 October.

#5 on the IBF ranking is Kerman Lejarraga. He is also #4 on the WBC ranking, and Abdugaxorov is WBC #3. Should they agree to fight, the winner would also be highly ranked by the WBC. Lejarraga defends his EBU now 17 November in Bilbao, Spain, against a fresh Frankie Gavin. (Press conference took place this week in Bilbao.) If successful, he might accept an eliminator fight, even if Lejarraga's original plan is to keep defending his EBU title, which should consolidate his WBC ranking.

However, the WBC ordered an eliminator between Ugas and Barrionuevo that Ugas won, so Ugas should be the next mandatory for Porter. Unless Thurman shows up though, as the WBC has stated he is the primary mandatory. WBC gave Thurman 30 days to agree to a fight with Porter some days ago. If Thurman cannot/will not fight Porter (now), I guess Ugas gets his chance spring/summer 2019.

As I see it, should Vargas decline the offer, Lejarraga and Abdugaxorov will probably agree to fight in early 2019, and the winner would meet either Spence (soon) or Porter (summer/late 2019).

Abdugaxorov looks like a solid boxer, but does he have power? Lejarraga is a puncher, who has improved technically and is still developing. No idea though if these boxers have a fair chance against the elite welters, but Lejarraga certainly has the power to knock out anyone.
