No, VADA has both the Clean Boxing Program which fighters must enroll in to be sanctioned by the WBC, but VADA also provides testing services that can be used in the same way USADA is, meaning once the fight is signed. Fighters and promoters have been taking advantage of this confusion. The difference is that the CBP is year round, 24/7 testing where as the other way is just for the weeks up to the fights. For example, if you go on the VADA site you'll see that it says that AJ 'completed' VADA testing for his Joseph Parker fight, and if you look at his BoxRec it doesn't say 'VADA CPB' by his name. Wilder, on the other hand, it says he's enrolled in the CPB, not just using their services.

          There's the answer. Thanks Bart!

Absolutely, AJ has long finished his steroid cycle by the time Vada get involved a few weeks out from his fight. Thats why he books his fight dates so far in advance. Got to time that cycle right!!!!

One minute you swear he is ready and the real deal again and then it's like it's only possible because of peds. So surely Wilder should have waited and given Fury time to do it naturally, if progress this quick relies on PEDs unless he counted on Fury trying to do it naturally and not be ready?
I felt/feel Fury needs another year and a couple more fights. At least 1-2 top 10 HW.

Fury is a PED user. There was a reason why he trained in Southern France and Netherlands before the Klitschko fight. He got the drugs from his uncle and Trainer Peter who was 12 years in prison for drug dealing. I bet the fight is not going to happen if he enrolls in the Vada testing.

Now that again...where is Tony Bellew to say that Tyson doesn't need to be in clean boxing program because he is a good lad? Just like he justified BJS.

People are so hyped about this fight...why? Do you really think this fight will happen? I'll gladly be wrong, but I'll believe it when I see them trading blows. Or Fury running around in the ring, whatever...still technically a fight.

I also feel the same and that's what I'm afraid of: he cynically wastes everyone's time and money, boosts his profile after the return and then has another "sprain ankle" injury, toe boo-boo or WhateverTF and then goes back fighting some top 15, then top 5 and then, maybe then, Wilder or AJ. Wouldn't be surprised if this is the plan all along. If it is not necessarily Frank would be on it. Heck, maybe not even Fury's trainer would know.
