Could be a repeat, yes, but many forget Kovalev was ahead on the cards when the end came. And the reason the punch landed is Kov lost concentration for a sec. He was ahead something like 4 to 2 or 5 to 1 can't remember exactly. This will not be an easy fight for either fighter. Not going to make a prediction, but it's at or near 50/50.

This is going to be the third rematch that Kovalev loses. Sergays goal should be going the distance with Eleider so he can qualify as a Gatekeeper for tha champs at LHW.

Kinda feel bad for Alvarez.. he have nothing to win in a 2nd fight vs Kovalev, this guy always have excuses for his losses, he will again disrespect Alvarez even if he get murdered in the first round lol!

He might actually pull it off again...if he does that would be the end of the Krusher.

Well..miraculously no, AJ was leading on scorecards. I'm a big fan of AJ, but no way British judging would let down its golden boy. Sadly, it might be worse than Canelo in there. Brook was on the way of robbing GGG there, but then his bones gave in. Go figure

Miracle punch?? It was just a decent shot. The miracle will happen again in the rematch. Repeat.

99 times out of 100 the champ will have a rematch clause in place of defeat, it's standard procedure. I get the feeling that Kovalev is either already shot, or very close to it though. The main question is; f he loses this rematch as well will he retire gracefully or keep fighting well past his prime similar to Roy Jones Jnr or James Toney?

                    It’s all mental...

Let’s say I’m racist and I keep loosing to colored people, how does that affect my future performances?

Let’s say I’m sexist and my boss is a woman, how does that affect my working capacity?

Let’s say I’m ****** and I believe I’m superior to all the other infidels, how does that affect my capacity to function when I choose to live among them instead of staying in my original country?

It’s more than just about boxing. Many boxers have very little education and let’s face it they are not the sharpest tool in the shed and need to deal with backward thinking in their minds.

Kovalev is too full of himself. As much as I wanted his loss to Ward bring him down to earth, it didn't. Dude still can't realize that boxing trainers are there for a reason and you gotta do what they tell you to do. But he is so arrogant he can't see clearly through his ego glasses
