06 a bad year for mexican boxing???

    wat do yall think?
ERIK MORALES knocked out for the first time
JOSE LUIS CASTILLO not making weight
MARQuez losing to CHRIS JOHN(i belive) and not getting any big fights
Barrera not looking so good against Juarez
MARGARITO cant get a fight, wit anyone
Vargas lost, otra ves(not to bad,he had a decent fight)
first half hasnt been so good for mexican boxing, tha things going good are DE LE HOya's big W over Mayorga, Marquez staying on top,Larios getting a shot at PAC(deadly fight, which could b another mexican loss)

hopefully Julio cesar chavez jr, jorge paez jr, and Panchito Bojado can develope fast, cuz morales, barrera, and castillo are still top dogs in there division, but soon age and all those fights are gonna take toll.

in all honesty...i kinda dont consider boxers who are born and raised in america to be attributed to "mexican boxing" because in reality, they arent any less american than say...PBF or Jason Litzau. De La Hoya is an american, so is vargas, when you represent the USA in the olympics, that kinda says it all.

Yeah and its funny how they yell out "Viva Mexico." Point is, they are Mexican and represent Mexican people so THEY ARE part of Mexican boxing.

Out of those 3 Paez jr looks to becoming the most succesful IMO. Chavez has got to up his caliber of fighters and Bojado's heart is not in it. It's too bad because Bojado has all the tools but is not committed to becoming a world champion. Paez Jr looks good for a 20 year old.

Dont worry about Vargas , he's gonna knock Mosely out next month.

Man, Bojado could've and prolly still could become the best out of all Mexican fighters that are out right now, his skills were amazing. I hope when he comes back he does better then he did back then.
