I thought they would have signed all the paperwork in terms of testing. He was asked questions about this and refuse to talk about PED in sports.

I thought you had to be enrolled in vada for you to be ranked by the WBC and also fight.
Without a top 20 ranking you cannot fight for there title so what the hell is going on.
