Manny's fight night weight at 130/135 was in the 140's. I think he just stopped cutting weight at 140/147, but who knows. Manny is not the only fighter to gain that much weight from his debut to the end.
Didn't Duran start at Bantamweight and fought all the way up to Super Middleweight? Roy Jones started his career at 154 and ended all the way up at Heavyweight. Those are just two fighters, but there are more.
Manny is not the first and won't be the last to move up quite a bit. People remember Manny because he was the most recent guy to do it.
I actually wouldn't be surprised if someone like Inoue moves up a few weight divisions, where people will start accusing him. Inoue has the frame to bulk up more. He has good height for a Bantamweight. He is not short just because he isn't as tall as Tete and McDonnell, who are too tall for this division and are probably doing more harm to their bodies than good.

I am not sure if Manny was on something. Maybe we will find out in the future. I wouldn't surprised if any of the top guys, including Manny and Floyd, were on something. I don't think it's fair to be su****ious of one and not others.

Yeah that guy. It be an easy fight to sell. Inuoe trying to get revenge for fellow country men. I want to see it honestly.

I still think he needs to improve his stamina. I want to see how he does in the championship round because he looks real sloppy around the later half of fights.

Power and timing is there. That was fun to watch.

Inoue is a killer simple as that , he is patient , never wastes shots and has monster 1 punch KO power, timing and accuracy is outstanding.
The kid is special no doubt about that.

Burnett is a nobody even though he unified two world titles?

Burnett is a nobody even though he dominated the guy who dominated Warren who beat Payano? But you're giving this win all the credit in the world? Man, that doesn't even make any sense.

Nonito is shot and wouldn't make a good opponent for Inoue. Who cares if they're both Asian, that fight stinks. Burnett will dominate Nonito and remove him from a tournament he doesn't even belong in. He's only there because of his name, not his present day abilities.

two punches thrown two punches landed. That stat line is quite interesting.

                most....peoples......top 200 p4p fighters

How many people maintain a top 200 P4P list ??

Payano was a decent opponent. For sure, he's No.5 Ring for a reason, ie not in the top 4, but he's solid and durable, and he proved himself to be the equal of Warren over 2 v. close fights.

And its not like Inoue struggled. I wonder if Inoue is getting enough rounds in though. He's still young and learning, and could do with a 12-round grinder or two to find areas that need to be worked on. Maybe he'll get that in the semi and final, but for sure, anyone going 12 with him is going to need a set of whiskers, else get to him early.

He threw an uppercut at one point too but couldn't see if it landed or not, but he threw one. Also a left that missed, so not sure if the 'thrown 2, landed 2' is strictly accurate.

I'm liking his feet more than anything else, he keeps his distance really nicely making it hard for the opponent to fire off. To get close the opponents need to take chances, and the power in his shots dissuades that. He's going to be tough to beat.
