The facts are there to see and basically you sold your belts for a higher purse and now you have to fight to get it back.
It's boxing and it's just as ruthless in the boardroom as it is in the ring

exactly...GGG can challenge Smith straight away in February or March and become a two weight champion.

GG will be flattened by CHARLO. Pay attention and watch how GG avoids the fight.

if Golovkin is about the money, he needs to fight Canelo

if Golovkin is about the legacy..... he needs to fight Canelo

so..... Golovkin/Charlo will be next..... right ?

That's what happens to a beaten man who bought-into
his own hype and completely underestimated his opponent.
It's easy to show your best face when you're on top of the
world, but we're getting to see his true colors now that
              he has lost.
nope, that is what happens to a guy who won two fights and was stolen twice.

GGG needs to take care of biz with Charlo, then maybe move up to SMW, anything to get his mind off Canelo. No amount of obsessing is going to change the results of the first two fights... and he likely won't win fight #3 if it happens. There ARE more fish in the sea for him to go after.
You're not wrong, man. GGG wasted too long chasing the Canelo fight already - would have much rather he fought Saunders last year and Derevyanchenko, this... and like you say, hard to see how he gets the nod against Canelo with age a relentless enemy. Time to move on, though I appreciate he will be thinking about his retirement fund.

He fought Canelo in 2017,2018 and he wants to fight him in 2019.

He should take risk & move on.

Is he afraid to try his luck at super middle weight?
Why waste time at 168 when there are plenty of good fights at 160.
