This is a business man. The biggest money fight for Canelo and Triple g is fighting each other.
Either Canelo or Triple g vs Charlo won't do anywhere near Canelo vs Triple g.
Sucks for us fans but i can understand why they would want a trilogy...

Golovkin has never been a big draw.

Canelo is the draw, and he is at that point where he can do whatever he wants

I have no problem with that fight, but would prefer something new

look at it from Canelo's perspective..... because of the huge media/fan bias, and because Team Bullshlt will always have an excuse..... Canelo will never get any credit for beating Golovkin

Good points! GGG and his minions will never give Canelo credit. There is no need to have another fight and suffer the whining and complaining from these people months before the fight and months after the fight. It is better to have Canelo fight Jacobs, Charlo, and other top middleweights.

FACT: right now... Canelo is a genuine SUPERSTAR

1) his stock just rose even higher, and Golovkin's stock just dropped

2) Canelo would not have to offer anyone else as much in the split as he would have to offer the super-entitled Golovkin

so I don't think the monetary difference is very much at all

Another issue is that he’ll highly likely never get a decision against Canelo especially if it’s a close fight. We already know GGG can’t KO Canelo so another fight will go to decision. If he gets an insulting offer than what’s the point unless he really just wants to try his luck at getting a decision.

Actually GGG can knock out canelo, and not the other way around. He almost finished canelo by 11th round, had him hurt and dazed. Had GGG gone in more aggressive earlier he would be champ.

I don’t know about that one. 24 rounds against him & not 1 knockdown. The odds are it won’t happen in a 3rd fight. Canelo has shown he has an iron chin. The thing that’s lame is that any close fight will always go to Canelo no matter what since he’s the cash cow. GGG should have at least 1 win against Canelo. And what makes it worse is that Canelo will lowball GGG in negotiations in the 3rd fight because he got the official win. He technically don’t need GGG anymore so GGG will almost have to accept any offer the next time around. I can see him being offered 30-35% at best for the 3rd fight.

But even after G got older he still won 8 to 4 in the first and it was super close in the second and I gave it to Canelo. So the real truth that Redass fans are crying about is they want to get Redass as far away as possible from G!!!
