Whyte was the number one but the crooked WBC tried to force the fight with Brezeale at short notice. Whyte wasn't going for that. And this was after Brezeale had already ducked a fight with Whyte.

But this piece now says Brezeale is in at number 4, so it looks like he isn't even the mandatory any more. I guess he's already served his purpose in protecting Wilder from Whyte, hey?

Not sure how much of what he's saying is true but even if it is true no way he was going to fight Ortiz when he had a more lucrative fight vs Parker as an option.

But at least Whyte took a tough fight in Parker instead of someone like Cojanu.

when whyte was ordered to fight Ortiz you all complained about how the WBC was wrong and justified whyte not taking the fight what changed???? Didn't whyte opt out of it? at the end of the day NO HW is elite and all of these guys need to fight for some reason nobody seems to want to fight Ortiz. the Ortiz asking for too much money is a complete lie, it was ordered they could have went ot purse bid but whyte and you all kept talking about how it was BS

Wilders faced one, in stiverne, who had he beaten?
Ortiz was interim champ before a ped pop, who had he faced?

see where your logic is flawed when you fanboy a fighter?

with wilder #3, haymon made sure to schedule a fight with a low end WBC contender before an eliminator was ordered. that way when it came time to go through the rankings, 1 and 2 would be going for the vacant title while 3 would have a wbc fight scheduled already.

wbc isnt going to rock the boat, so theyre simply going to say if scott somehow upsets wilder, scott gets the shot.

where fans often assume corruption, it's really slick managers and promoters knowing how to manipulate the system.
thanks for accepting my humble apology....not the 1st or the last time i am flat out wrong...lol! Props to U bro for ur boxing knowledge. Most all Pbc fighters r wbc champs or wbc ranked for a reason. Call it slick or corrupt...they definetly cater to Haymon. Like Charlo being ranked #1 and mandatory mw by ko 2 tomato cans in Centeno and Heiland. Pathetic.

He only survived against Parker, because of the lucky head butt knock down.

Whyte is 1 fight away from being exposed horribly by the first top level boxer he faces .

This times infinity! In between Wilder and AJ fights, Whyte fills a nice little vacuum to keep us entertained with some competitive match ups. A fight against AJ/Wilder just sees him on his back and out the game too soon. Fight Wilder and AJ when he's built some momentum and no else left, I don't know anyone I've met who is interested in a rematch.
