Pac will sign with a promotor for the simple fact that Manny does not know or have the time to run his own company successfully.

I've been saying this for the longest. Pac doesn't mind paying a cut to another person if that person runs everything for him and all he has to do his train and show up on fight night.

you just agreed with what i said, which is he is gonna go with a promoter. and i say that will be pbc because they have the opponents for him to make money with. i never said anything about pbc guys making bank. this is about pacquiao being able to make bank and not have to fight in Malaysia and Australia and Antarctica.
