Comments Thread For: Promoter: I Just Don't See Anthony Joshua Beating Jarrell Miller

Heavyweight contender Jarrell Big Baby' Miller (21-0-1, 18 KOs) has everything it takes to unseat WBO, IBO, WBA, IBF champion Anthony Joshua (22-0, 21 KOs), according to Miller's co-promoter Dmitry Salita. Miller is back in action this coming Saturday night, when he faces former two division world champion Tomasz Adamek at the Wintrust Arena in Chicago.

Idk that I can't see it happening, but I've been saying I like Big Baby's upset potential in a fight with Joshua. Big Baby is gonna be there all night. And he can hit. And Joshua's chin ain't all that. And Joshua's stamina ain't all that. Big Baby is a super live dog vs Joshua.

And I think Big Baby would be a live dog vs Wilder to. And I think he'd beat Whyte out right.

Yeah man, lets get Tomass Adamek out of boxing and then retire Oquendo for the 'regular/mandatory' for GayJ -- 'Fat-Baby' is cleaning up the stinking HW division.

Would like to see Miller fight Whyte before we can make an assessment of his credentials fighting the top two. I like the Whyte fight and genuinely wouldn't feel confident picking the outcome. The problem is that Whyte will probably want to protect his high ranking until he can get in the ring with Joshua. The Joshua fight is his retirement fund.

The style match up here is bad for Miller IMO. Joshua is a counter-puncher and Miller comes forward in straight lines..... he gets beat up badly and stopped here fairly quickly. Joshua's jab has improved and he'll be eating that as well as straight rights all night..... if he does get inside Joshua has the uppercut to flush him out of there.

Jarrell Miller is tailor-made for Anthony Joshua. Would make AJ look like Sugar Ray Robinson.

Because it’s Oquando’s shot, not Millers. Miller is a replacement opponent.

And FFS what is wrong with people on here? You don’t need to face Chisora and Whyte to get a bloody title shot.
