The poll you supplied is filled with known G fans and alts. The sample I can provide was taken "at the time" of the fight and gave an accurate depiction on how the general boxing fan felt at the time.

Over 90% of pro boxers felt Jacobs was robbed blind. No need for me to post all the Twitter posts from real boxers
I beg to differ, man - polls I saw were generally slightly in favour of Golovkin. Bear in mind that plenty of people are in time zones where catching a fight means waiting up til 5am so you ain't gonna get a full range of opinion on the night.... and discounting unfavourable opinion as biased because they don't agree with yours is easy enough to rebut.... we all got our biases, man, me and you included.

Honestly though, I don't care, I was just pointing you at what I'd seen... if you want to ignore it, feel free. Anyways... hope you're doing well, man - not heard much out of you in a while, though I gather you're gonna be a civilian before too long. Good luck, man.

Most people don't think Jacobs won. Most people know GGG won but it was a close and exciting fight that deserved a rematch.

How could 90% think he won if only a few guys posted in the NSB thread. There are 232,093 members on NSB.

Even Jacob's never said anything negative about GGG regarding a rematch. He said he understood the situation regarding the Canelo fight.

Canelo was the much bigger fight that fans were calling for. Plus the pay was way beyond what he got against Jacobs. Not hard to understand.

floyd sr was oscar's trainer for years, was publicly fighting with his son, and Oscar was the one who gave him a seat for the fight.

Try again, only idiots who can't score fights think it was controversial.

A lot of ******s in this thread. Funny how Mayweather fans will do anything to latch on to Canelo when Canelo doesn't give a fuc about your hero. Jacobs came nothing close to beating GGG. Please tell me what Jacobs bring to the table at this point that warrants a rematch with GGG. He is not a champion, he is not a mando, he is not a money fight so what exactly is GGG ducking. The sensible ones know GGG is going after the money fights at this point which is what Canelo is and Canelo rematched cos it is his best option to make a lot of money on Mexican holiday and by the way the fights are damn good, so what exactly is hard to understand in all of this besides perhaps your hate for GGG which your hero Mayweather probably planted in your hearts. The guy who did so much damage to boxing and always find a calculative way (his words not mine) to not fight a threat throughout his welterweight career.
