Both fighters and their promotional/management teams can't seem to hold a conversation without mentioning AJ or Hearn.
Let's face it, without the prospect of one or both men fighting AJ in the future this fight loses all sense of excitement for the neutral fan. On top of that neither is popular enough in their own right to carry the HW division into the future without fighting AJ first.
