Salido will be remembered by these dudes for beating lomachenko; they probably never seen the fight and how close it was and probably dont know the fact salido is a 4 time 2 weight world champion or will give him recognition for it. They will only know nd constantly ejaculate over the fact he beat loma and will remind us each time lomas name is mentioned. Just goes to show how much they secretly admire loma
It's Loma fans downplaying the highlight of the man's career. Salido beat the current P4P king and best fighter in the world fair and square and y'all can't even let the man have that.

Let me just say my peace on this matter.

It was close fight, dirty fight by Salido, loma’s second pro fight.
      That is all..
Lomachenko phucks salido up any day of the week now. If you think otherwise you are a phukin ******.

It wasn’t exactly “fair and square” though was it?

Stepped on the scale grossly above the weight, wouldn’t weigh-in the next day, threw around 100 low blows and hung on for dear life at the end to escape with a debatable decision he probably lost on most fair cards.

Salido knew that too, why else would he fight Roman for much less money. Now he can go into retirement as the guy who beat Lomachenko. Losing to him in a rematch would have kinda ruined that.

He should have taken the $720k. He asked for it and said he’s happy with the amount and then he decided to fight Roman for less than $100k or something and got destroyed. Not a good life decision.

It was a SPLIT decision win, fighting dirty, being over weight limit and still losing last rounds as
a pro veteran vs a guy with single pro fight.
Yes Salido can be VERY proud of that...
Loma eliminated the salido rematch by destroying Martinez

Oscar Valdez fought a much heavier Quig and beat him...

Salido always fights the same and many fighters have beaten him like Marquez, Mikey, Gamboa, Cristobal Cruz..

You have to accept the fact Lomachenko just couldn't figure out a way and Salido beat him.

Except that's now how things went down. Salido had suffered an injury during training camp, but Arum didn't want to delay the fight date so they went with soft touch Marriaga instead. Fact is, Loma never prioritized avenging his loss like you'd expect from an elite fighter. He wanted no part of an immediate rematch and remained indifferent for years while the only time they approached Salido during that time was with a low ball offer for show.
