Since you don't seem to understand what a mandatory is let me explain it. A mandatory is someone a champion has to fight. Charlo was not Canelo's mandatory so Canelo did not have to fight him. Charlo could not be Canelo's mandatory once he became a champion in his own right. Hence, if Canelo was to fight Charlo it would have been a unification fight which the sanctioning bodies prioritize over mandatory fights. In other words you pig arsewhole tickling mudderfooker understand Canelo could have chosen to fight Charlo and chose not to. Like a little b i tch.
