i remember him getting all types of concession stand items thrown at him but i dont recall any audio of that being said

It was after he threw it and before security came and got him. I remember Travis Gotti was sitting right by him and recorded the whole thing. But his youtube got erased. But what jogged my memory about it was this tweet from boxrec

People was saying he was mad because Victor quit. That made no sense. You could tell it was personal between him and Ortiz. When ppl throw **** they usually throw a beer from the crowd. But this dude got up to the raiing and waited for Ortiz and wanted him to see it was him that threw the pizza.
