He was a loser who was caught countless times for taking steroids.
And even with his drugs he used to get beaten up all the time.
Sometimes against actual bums.
Great fighters don't need to cheat. And they certainly don't lose
to low level opposition as much as Toney did.
No one is stopping you from asking. This is a boxing forum after all. Can we not disscuss thing in a civil manner?

Briggs had gotten a huge boost in popularity and everyone was saying "lets go champ"
Toney got jealous because he is no where near as likeable or
hard punching as Briggs.
So he started talking smack and trying to diminsh Briggs.
And Toney was the one who said he could beat up Briggs.
So Briggs accepeted the call out. And tried to pursue the fight that Toney claimed he wanted.
Toney being Toney spent the last few years of his career scared of Briggs.
Look it up on YouTube. There is videos of evrything I said.
Briggs would be the best opponent Toney ever faced
