"Haymon has most of the opponents locked up. He'll keep choking HBO slowly until HBO gives up years down the line."

"So the only way to create a $100 million pie like UFC has is to invest the money to prove that boxing can work as a network sport. So far it's pulling in similar numbers to what UFC pulls in. Even if Haymon has to spend $500 million over three years to prove his concept, if he ends up with a $100 million a year TV deal at the end, it was money well spent."

We couldn't disagree more on the role live sports will play in HBO's future. You believe they'll become more important to HBO, I believe they'll be minimized or eliminated by HBO.

You raise many great points about the "freshness" of live sports, but that is precisely why they won't fit into HBO's future."

"HBO's real fight is going to be with Netflix. Eventually fighting with Al Haymon is going to be a waste of their time. HBO's resources will be better spent elsewhere. "
Has anyone ever told you your ego outweighs your wisdom?

I've fought with you trolls about PBC for years now.

With hindsight being 20/20, we get to go back and see who was right.

Turns out all the trolls were wrong. Every troll that insisted PBC was dead. Every troll that said I was crazy for saying PBC would put HBO out of business. Every troll that said FOX would never pay for boxing.

Every single one of you are the same ones saying Wilder is ducking AJ. If you were so wrong before and I was so right before, maybe you're wrong now. That's why this thread bothers you. The more I prove I've been right all along, the harder it is for you to pretend that I'm wrong about who has been ducking who.
It is the lowest form of self-respect to brag about something when you were right.

To make a mistake is only an error in judgment, but to adhere to it when it is discovered shows infirmity of character.

It is the highest form of self-respect to admit our errors and mistakes and make amends for them.

For the record I wasn't part of any discussion you are gloating about , but I have seen many predictions from yourself. Many of which prove to be inaccurate. Take the above quote into consideration and it will take you further.

Couldn't care less what you think about me personally. I get paid to prove you wrong, so I prove you wrong. Nothing personal on my end. Ego has nothing to do with it. When my contract runs up, I'll never post here again.

I final "Original Zero" post was July 21, 2017 and my first "WBC WBA IBF" post was July 22, 2017.

Because I'm friends with the president of the WBC, a lot of my posts focused on explaining sanctioning body politics. One of my friends is friends with the president of the WBA and one of my friends is friends with the president of the IBF.

Rather than having three separate accounts primarily focused on sanctioning body politics, we thought it'd make sense to just share one account.
So you guys who own this account always agree on what you argue here?? On diff topics?

How does that work? How do we know which one of you is replying to us?
Idc much on my acc here compare to fb and ig but it’s still weird to have someone sharing it with.

These weren't errors in judgment. These were idiots who were so full of themselves, they couldn't fathom the idea that maybe since they were uneducated amateurs, Al Haymon was smarter than they were. That's the bottom line. Has nothing to do with my ego. All I did was see Al's vision. He's the genius, not me. This is about the ego of all of the trolls who just spent 4 years saying PBC would fail, it was a terrible plan, HBO boxing would live forever, etc.

Now they have so much egg on their face we could eat omelettes until the apocalypse.

HBO collapsed because they chose Larry Merchant over Mayweather. if they fired that senile fck Floyd stays with them. that simple.

Hbo's boxing budget was shrinking well before that. Also, are the same guys still running the show over there? Things change with time, and new people make new decisions. Correlation doesn't imply causation.
