Really? I've met tons of fighters from club fighters to world champions to hall of famers and I think I've only ever encountered one or two that didn't seem even "nice". I know people who are very close to a number of boxers and the horror stories are few and far between.

Sure, there are troubled ones who've done some terrible things but in general to categorize boxers in general as not not being nice or rather making them sound like they are bad people is inaccurate IMO.

To be completely honest .. there is an awful lot of young..black..Haymon fighters that have Rap sheets but they're a product of culture and society .

Boxing should really straighten this type of guy out but in some.. like Broner or Davis etc it doesn't seem to be doing the job.

Let's not forget the icon of British boxing was jailed put on tag for possession with intent to supply . Call a spade a spade.

AJ was never jailed and served a community sentence.

Anyway, it's not just Haymon but a lot of boxers from poor backgrounds who earn too much money, too quickly. Fighters have probably never earned as much, as quickly, for doing nothing of note as Haymons roster, so the problem is exaggerated.
