I can’t help but think this fight will be razor close and boring as anything.

Calum’s very active jab which will hit mostly gloves vs Groves heavier eye catching jab.

It is one of them when you can literally go into the fight with a scoring agenda. I want to give it Groves in any half close round.

Smith might be fighting to level of completion, be tight at the weight, or maybe just be fringe world level like all his bros. But if he beats Groves decisively then he’d probably become a star in the UK.

It’s just not happened yet. His last few fights he hasn’t been able to go up the gears. He’s very consistent and methodical so maybe he can just keep doing that even against Groves.

Smith’s money punch to the body seems to have gone now he’s gone up the levels. That looked like his real weapon.

Still interesting though. Smith for me despite watching pretty much all his fights in somehow an unknown quantity at this level.

Smith will try and drown him in activity and Groves as always will be trying to hit hard.
