I just find it hilarious how once again Wilder's fangirls will switch according to agenda.

    - When Fury had came off beating Wlad, he was crap.
    - When Wilder went to Russia to fight Povetkin - He took on the most dangerous heavyweight
    - When Ortiz decisioned Malik Scott, he was crap.

Yet... when things spun around the EXACT opposite happened. Fury is now the real champion, who's very hard to beat. Ortiz is the best heavyweight in the world and Povetkin is no good.

haha. you couldn't make this stuff up.
Fury fought a crap fight against Wlad and Povetkin was better fighter 2 years ago than he is today I don't know how anyone who watched his last 3 fights couldn't see Povetkin was shot to ****

Haven’t said that Fury is still the champ because he never lost his titles in the ring and guys like Parker AJ Martin were vacant belt champs

And It'd have been hyped & promoted if he'd have fought Joshua to. And it'll be hyped more than his WBC title if he happens to beat Wilder & Joshua vs Fury becomes the biggest fight to make at HW.

      Just how it is.
"Lineal Champ" is a dead concept, no matter how hard a handful of people try to make it relevant.

I'm glad I didn't have to make the point of Wilder's fangirls any clearer

They do it by themselves so easily.

wilder fans will do anything to pretend this isnt a massive cherry pick. wilders own team knows its a cherry pick why else would they give an undercard fighter a 50-50 split and a rematch clause? same terms as they offered joshua? hilarious. they needed this fight for future plans and so they could claim they beat the "champ" even if he was a tubby dough boy who barely has fought

Its deader or dying not dead I'd say.

But I think that has to do with all the belts out there & there not being many guys unifying in divisions to create a lineal champ these days more then people don't care about the concept of lineal champions. So if the belt situation changed or if the WBSS gets more unifications happening I think the lineal title would be a stronger concept again.

I got & have issues with it well before doe cuz of exactly what this new boxing fan dude (I assume) is confused about cuz I remember when Briggs was the lineal champ cuz Foreman was milking his status in the game by fighting bs guys. And thats what you can do once you got the lineal title & thats one of the biggest issues with it being legit is that you can sc**** the bottom of the barrel as lineal champ & still retain that claim.

Add Wilder to your list of vacant belt champs.

What does the lineal title look like? I've never seen it.

I don't think its anything serious, they have to sell/hype the Wilder fight somehow. This is one of they ways to hype it up.
