    Bojado anyone?

I saw on Boxrec that Francisco Bojado was supposed to have fought on the Brock/Timur undercard. But I haven't heard anything about that fight.Did it even happen? If so,then how did Bojado look? Thanks!

I am wondering the same thing. I heard that he was suppose to be fighting again soon, but don't know any of the details. i think Bojad has the potential and the tools to still be one of the best fighters we have seen in a long time, or to possibly carry the torch when Oscar bows out. I just think he was pushed to fast to young. If anyone has any info please let me know

        didnt fight

they just had it listed, boxrec gets ahead of themselves sometimes. there was never even a report of him fighting on the card. i hope he does come back soon, i liked him a lot. he had some very impressive wins, hes been off nearly 2 years now but hes still young/

I just searched his home page. I read halfway through his biography and he stated that he intends to go to college.

I wonder if that's what he's up to now? apparently, he defeated Miguel Cotto in the amateurs.

Bojado had the ability to be one of the best Jr. Welters out there but he blew it. Maybe if he can get motivated again he can be great. Until then, it's best if he stays out of boxing or he might get hurt.

Yeah he did. But I think he just got out witted by a wiley veteran, Jesse James Leija. He's quite young and staying focused while he has so many things to do like going to college can be a burden on his training.

Hope he gets back on track with whatever path he chooses.

I didn't hear when he was fighting, but I did hear that he was fighting again. Maybe I got some bad info. I hope that he does come back soon and I'm glad this thread was made. I have been wondering about him for quite a while now. I do agree that he still has the potential to be one the best jr. welters if he can completely focus on his boxing. I am a big fan, and want to see him come back and do well.

So did Abdulaev and Kelson Pinto and they both got TKO'd.
