Just so that we're clear, the deal for the Povetkin fight happened with less than three months to the event, yet Eddie Hearn had nothing to say then.
Sky Box Office was in how many homes in the UK, but I doubt that anywhere near 400k people tuned in to watch the matinee airings of the fight in the US.
No mention of a possible split on the event, no even side mention of a resolution to this TV split, and now Hearn is insisting on having a signed deal with 7 months to the proposed date? lol
Wilder's camp and Fury's camp worked out a deal that worked for them, both camps are working together to make the fight as big as possible (date nailed down with final event location being bid up, press tour set for both sides of the Atlantic, Showtime and FOX/FS1 likely pushing the fight over their general sports portfolios, with BT Sport/BoxNation doing the same thing for their boxing content, and both camps sharing in the upside).
